1. Definitions
- "Pyxida" refers to the organisation operating at 273 Thanon Ladprao, Chom Phon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
- "Programme" refers to any of the educational offerings described on our website: Foundations of AI Development, Applied Machine Learning Program, and Capstone Mentorship Program.
- "Learner" or "You" refers to any individual who submits an enquiry, enrols in a programme, or uses our website.
- "Content" refers to all materials, exercises, feedback, and communications provided as part of a programme.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions together with any enrolment confirmation.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a programme, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment or further use of the site.
Programmes are available to individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Programme Description
Pyxida offers three structured educational programmes in AI development. All programmes are delivered digitally and are available to learners in Thailand and internationally. Programme content, duration, and structure are described on our Solutions page and may be updated periodically.
Programmes are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute professional qualifications, accredited courses, or vocational training under any regulatory framework.
4. Enrolment
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment where an instalment arrangement is agreed in writing.
- Pyxida reserves the right to decline an enrolment application if the programme level is not appropriate for the applicant's current level, or if capacity is not available.
- Learners are responsible for maintaining access to the technical tools required for the programme, including a suitable computer and internet connection.
5. Learner Responsibilities
- Submit work that is your own. Submitting work produced primarily by another person or by AI tools without disclosure is contrary to the spirit of the programme and may result in enrolment termination without refund.
- Engage respectfully with mentors and any other Pyxida staff.
- Communicate promptly if you are unable to maintain your agreed pace, so that arrangements can be discussed.
- Keep any login credentials or access links shared with you secure and do not share them with others.
6. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, exercises, feedback templates, and other content created by Pyxida remain the intellectual property of Pyxida. Learners receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for the purposes of their own programme work.
Project work created by a learner during a programme belongs to that learner. Pyxida may reference anonymised learner projects as general programme examples with the learner's permission.
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Programme Fees
- Foundations of AI Development: ฿3,400
- Applied Machine Learning Program: ฿17,500
- Capstone Mentorship Program: ฿30,500
7.2 Payment
Fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿). Instalment arrangements for the Applied ML and Capstone programmes may be agreed in writing before enrolment is confirmed.
7.3 Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the agreed programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date, or after the programme has begun, are not eligible for a refund unless Pyxida is unable to deliver the programme as described.
8. Programme Delivery
- Programmes are delivered digitally. There are no scheduled cohort sessions; learners progress at their own pace within a broadly agreed timeframe.
- Written mentor feedback is provided on submitted work within three working days.
- Capstone programme learners receive scheduled video calls with their mentor as part of their enrolment.
- Pyxida will make reasonable efforts to maintain mentor continuity. In the event of a mentor being unavailable, a suitable replacement will be arranged.
9. Disclaimers
Programmes are provided for general educational purposes. Pyxida does not promise or imply any specific employment outcome, salary change, career advancement, or professional qualification as a result of completing a programme.
Programme content is kept as current as practicable but the field of AI development evolves rapidly. Learners should supplement programme materials with their own ongoing reading.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Pyxida's total liability to any learner arising from or related to a programme shall not exceed the amount paid by that learner for the programme in question. Pyxida is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Pyxida is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Pyxida against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of programme content.
12. Termination
Either party may end the enrolment with written notice. Pyxida may terminate access immediately where a learner has materially breached these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
If Pyxida terminates a programme for reasons within its control (rather than due to learner breach), a pro-rata refund of unused programme fees will be provided.
13. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any written enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
- Assignment: Learners may not transfer their enrolment to another person. Pyxida may transfer its obligations to a suitable successor organisation.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled learners or by notice on our website. Continued enrolment after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
